Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Sales with a strong background in the Navi Mumbai residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have extensive market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive sales for residential projects across the Navi Mumbai market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Conduct client meetings,



site visits, and project presentations.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- 7–11 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Mandatory experience in the Navi Mumbai residential market.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai residential projects and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales goals.
- Graduate in any discipline.
