Key Responsibilities:

- Handle entire production line operations (filling, packaging, labeling, etc.)
- Supervise and manage machine operators on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved during shifts
- Monitor machine performance and maintain operational efficiency
- Perform troubleshooting during machine breakdowns
- Coordinate with maintenance team for quick issue resolution
- Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Prepare shift reports and production updates

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in Beverage / Water
- Hands-on experience in handling production lines
- Experience in shift-based working environment
- Valuable knowledge of machine operations & troubleshooting
- Team handling experience (machine operators/workers)
