Job Title: HR Recruiter

Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.




- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations.
