Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter who has completed an internship in recruitment or talent acquisition and has basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals. The candidate should be eager to learn, possess good communication skills, and be interested in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn and support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills





- Internship experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, etc.).
- Understanding of resume screening and candidate sourcing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, MBA HR, or equivalent).
- Candidates who have completed an internship in HR/Recruitment are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of sourcing through job portals.
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in recruitment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
