Post: Quality Control Executive

Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2 years

Salary: 35K

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

Job Profile

- Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain exact, audit-ready laboratory logbooks, test records, and batch clearance documents.
- Identify, label, and isolate non-conforming or defective materials to prevent accidental use.
- Assist production teams in investigating the root cause of any quality deviations or batch failures.
- Ensure all laboratory testing instruments are calibrated on time and operating safely.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience in raw material, in-process,



and finished goods testing.
- SOP Compliance: Knowledge of lab SOPs, batch clearance protocols, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Defect & RCA Handling: Ability to isolate non-conforming materials and conduct root-cause analysis for quality issues.
- Calibration: Understanding of instrument calibration schedules and laboratory safety standards.
