Purpose of the Position

1. Efficiently manage and maintain all personal investment transactions, records, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements.

Major responsibilities of position

1. Manage and record all stock market investment transactions (BSE/NSE), including equity, mutual funds, ETFs, and other securities.
2. Maintain accurate records of all buy, sell, dividend, bonus, split, rights, and other corporate action transactions.
3. Reconcile broker ledger, Demat account, and bank statements on a regular basis.
4. Monitor and update the investment portfolio, including market value, gains/losses, and asset allocation.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly investment MIS reports and portfolio summaries using Excel.
6. Coordinate with stockbrokers, banks, Depository Participants (DPs), and Chartered Accountants for investment-related matters.
7. Maintain proper documentation of contract notes, Demat statements, bank records, tax documents, and other investment-related files.
8. Assist in the preparation of capital gains statements and provide necessary information for income tax filing and financial audits.
9. Track dividend receipts, interest income,



bonus shares, stock splits, rights issues, and other corporate actions.
10. Ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all personal financial and investment information.
11. Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies in investment records and financial statements.
12. Stay updated on stock market procedures, regulatory requirements, and changes related to investment operations. Accurate documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred. Graduates in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline may also be considered.
2. Experience: 25 years of experience in stock market operations, investment administration, finance, or accounting.

Key Skill

- Solid knowledge of stock market operations, including BSE/NSE trading, Demat accounts, and investment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting, with the ability to analyze and maintain investment data accurately.
- Good understanding of investment documentation, broker, bank, and Demat account reconciliations.
- Basic knowledge of capital gains taxation, dividends, and corporate actions.
