We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data & AI Practice, working on modern data platforms for enterprise and regulated clients. The role requires a hands-on engineer with strong production experience to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data solutions that enable analytics and AI workloads. This is a delivery-focused role requiring ownership of engineering outcomes and strong engineering discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate reliable data pipelines using up-to-date ETL/ELT approaches.
- Engineer cloud-native data platforms primarily on AWS.
- Work with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Aurora and distributed processing frameworks.
- Build secure, tested, observable and cost-efficient production-ready data solutions.
- Optimize data performance, reliability and data quality.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, AI engineers and platform teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
- Participate in technical design discussions.
- Improve system performance, scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
