Motion Graphics Artist + Graphic Designer (3-4 Years)

We're looking for a hybrid Motion Graphics Artist who is equally strong in static graphic design, for a high-visibility BFSI mandate. You will own end-to-end creative execution animating reels, digital ads, and explainer-style content in After Effects, while also independently designing social creatives, carousels, and key visuals in Photoshop/Illustrator. You must have 3-4 years of agency experience, a sharp eye for typography and layout, and a zero-error approach suited to a regulated financial brand. High proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory. Fast-paced, high-volume environment with a 6-day work week.

Compensation: Upward to 35,000 per month
Logistics: On-site (Mumbai Andheri East), BYOD (own laptop and working software), annual contract.

Preferred candidate profile

3-4 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and graphic design, ideally within an advertising, digital, or creative agency setting

- Must be a genuine hybrid:



equally comfortable animating in After Effects and designing static creatives independently not an editor who "also does design"
- High proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition, with the discipline to follow strict brand guidelines
- Prior experience on BFSI, corporate, or other regulated-sector brands is a solid advantage; zero-error mindset is non-negotiable
- Comfortable with high-volume, quick-turnaround social media work (reels, carousels, statics, digital ads)
- Must own a personal laptop with licensed working software (BYOD setup)
- Willing to work 6 days a week, fully on-site at Andheri East (Saki Naka), Mumbai
- Immediate joiners or notice period under 15 days strongly preferred
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory with the application — profiles without work samples will not be considered
