Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in insurance sales or related field (e.g., financial services).
- Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading projects in an agency setting.
- Robust understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
