Role & responsibilities:
- Map and document existing workflows and business processes.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks suitable for automation.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Create automated notifications, task assignments, escalations, and reminders.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and automated reports.
- Recommend and implement AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, operations excellence, or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of automation and process design.
- Ability to convert manual processes into scalable systems.
- Comfortable working with AI and automation tools .
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
