Key Responsibilities:

- Graduate with 5+ Years of experience in UC4 Job scheduling in SAP Systems and archiving in SAP Systems using KGS.
- Configure, patch, and maintain the UC4 job scheduling in SAP setting.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex job workflows, schedules, often involving dependencies and multi-platform integration.
- Resolve job failures and other incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with other IT teams (including SAP Basis, infrastructure, functional streams) to ensure job execution aligns with business needs.
- Take ownership of shaping and implementing a future-ready SAP archiving approach that supports compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor for SAP archiving topics and guide internal teams with your expertise and help them make informed decisions.
- Support smooth operations for Output Management System.



Solve complex challenges and contribute to system stability, while building confidence in your technical skills.
- Collaborate with international teams to understand SAP architecture, resolve issues, support in delivering projects (need based) and suggest process improvements
- Adhere to compliance and documentation, ensuring processes meet global standards and business requirements.
- Grow your expertise in tools and technologies; perform technical updates, regular maintenance for applications like (but not limited to) Automic (UC4 Job Scheduling for SAP systems), SAP GUI, FIORI, & KGS (Archiving application).
