A Darwin Specialist (often referred to as an HRIS Specialist or HR Systems Specialist focusing on Darwin Box) is a human resources professional who acts as the primary administrator, manager, and subject matter expert for the Darwin Box HR technology platform.

Key Skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incidents and JIRA tickets related to benefits data issues and track them to closure
- 4-5 years of experience in international benefits and Darwin box
- Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Support and own the Process Manager in Darwin box to mark payroll completion.
- Review pre- and post-payroll close queries for discrepancies before data flows to the payroll team.




- Manage annual benefits enrollment windows and approve exceptions for qualified life events (e.g., marriage, childbirth).
- Maintain and update site content on the benefits portal in case of vendor changes, additions, or contact details updates.
- Generate, analyze, and publish benefits reports with key statistics on a periodic basis.
- Ensure accuracy and structured reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Darwin benefits administration tool: Strong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows within Darwin box.
- Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
- Experience in handling incident tracking tools(JIRA & Ticket Management)
- Experience working on pilot processes and creating process documentation.
- Prior experience in international (non-US) benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office Suite.
- Robust English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors.
