Urgent Hiring Accountant (Stock Market & F&O; Trading)

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Sunil Agrawal, an active trader in the Indian stock market, is looking for an experienced Accountant – Stock Market & F&O; Trading to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily entry of equity, futures, and options (F&O;) trades.
- Reconcile broker contract notes, trade books, ledgers, and margin statements.
- Maintain accurate records of realized and unrealized P&L.;
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports.
- Maintain Excel-based trading MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with brokers regarding settlements, charges, and discrepancies.
- Assist in income tax preparation related to trading activities, including capital gains and business income.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of trading strategies and financial information.
- Work closely with our existing two accountants, who also assist in executing trades on behalf of the proprietor.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of stock market operations, especially Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;).
- Experience with broker platforms such as Zerodha, Angel One, Groww, ICICI Direct,



or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, reporting).
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and GST/TDS is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
- Candidates with experience in proprietary trading firms, stockbroking companies, or active trading offices will be given preference.
