Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage financial operations, including P&L; management, revenue management, and portfolio analysis.

- Ensure accurate financial reconciliations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Review of Reconciliation of Bank & Branch Cash, POS and Interest on a monthly basis

- Reviewing all reconciliations and ensuring no deviations

- Analysis of portfolio data to identify areas of improvement and monitor performance

- Preparation of Product P&L; and Branch P&L;

- Ensuring smooth completion of statutory audit,ASM audit and Internal Audit

- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and resolving all open points

- POS Reconciliation and Interest Reconciliation on a monthly basis and prepartion of MIS related data

- Assist team in smooth completion of statutory and internal audits

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in portfolio management role within an NBFC industry.

- CA qualification (first or second attempt).

- Solid understanding of portfolio management, financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
