About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Azure Data Architect to join our Data and Analytics Advisory team as a Senior Manager. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure on the Azure cloud. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop large-scale data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in data architecture to drive enterprise innovation and enhance organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
- Write, deploy, and maintain software for data integration, management, and quality assurance.
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data ingestion, processing, and transformation projects on Azure.
- Mentor team members,



providing design reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with customers to deploy, manage, and audit cloud product processes.
- Advocate for software and data engineering standard practices, including technical design, unit testing, and code review.
- Deploy secure, compliant software and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure service reliability through site-reliability engineering practices and maintain SLAs.
- Work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and business partners in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure.
- Proficient in Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DB, Synapse, and Databricks.
- Strong skills in SQL, PySpark, and Python.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale distributed systems.
- Robust customer management skills and leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Cosmos DB, data modeling, and PowerBI.
- Experience integrating analytics solutions with SAP as a data source.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
