Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and review civil, architectural, RCC, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop GA drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and coordinate with structural consultants.
- Ensure drawings are prepared as per project specifications, IS Codes, and construction standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams for drawing revisions and approvals.
- Maintain drawing registers, document control, and revision history.
- Resolve drawing discrepancies and provide technical support to site execution teams.
- Ensure timely issuance of drawings to support construction activities.
- Mentor junior draughtsmen and maintain drawing quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1015 years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Solid experience in RCC detailing, structural drawings, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, IS Codes, and engineering standards.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
