- Draft, review, and negotiate Term Loan Agreements, Facility Agreements, Deed of Hypothecation, security documents, General Information Document, Key Information Document for debentures, commercial papers, and other debt instruments.
- Provide legal support for securitization, structured finance, and capital market transactions.
- Advise on cross-border financing, external commercial borrowing, foreign exchange regulations, and hedging arrangements.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks applicable to NBFCs.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and assess their impact on treasury activities.
- Liaise with regulators and external counsel on legal matters.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in treasury transactions.
- Develop policies and procedures to safeguard the companys financial and legal interests.
- Support internal audits and risk reviews related to treasury operations.
