Role & responsibilities

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI/Qlik - Desirable
- Not looking at candidates with experience on Databricks, Snowflake
- Should be part of or leading Datawarehouse team currently
- Sound knowledge of reconciliation, data quality & control processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including actuarial, finance, technology, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in insurance data management, reporting, analytics, or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS (ETL) & T-SQL (hands-on) - Mandatory
- Experience in the General Insurance domain - Mandatory
- Understanding of Finance and Actuarial data - Mandatory
