Summary:

Own day-to-day finance control for HO + factory and ensure clean compliance, audit readiness, banking coordination, and profitability reporting. Build simple, accurate MIS that helps management take faster decisions. Provide limited strategic support for promoter group investment entities through periodic reporting and coordination.

Location: Mumbai (HO) + periodic travel to Jhagadia (Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Control & Closing: Drive monthly closing for HO + factory, ensure accurate books, clean ledgers, and solid controls across accounting and documentation.
- Banking & Cashflow: Support banking operations and relationships, cashflow planning, collections/payments discipline, and documentation for facilities (if any).
- Taxation & Compliance: Oversee GST/TDS/Income-tax compliance, reconciliations, filings, and handling of routine notices with consultants.
- Audit & Governance: Coordinate statutory/tax/internal audits end-to-end data readiness, schedules,



responses, and closure of observations with process improvements.
- Costing & Profitability: Maintain costing framework and margin analytics (product/customer), track variances, and provide actionable profitability insights.
- Reporting & Decision Support: Build and own a practical MIS dashboard (sales, margins, overheads, cash, debtors/creditors ageing, inventory, CAPEX) for management reviews.
- Strategic Support (Promoter Group): Provide periodic reporting and coordination support for promoter group investment entities (basic oversight of books/MIS/compliance coordination), aligned with bandwidth and priorities.

Must-Have Skills

- CA with strong fundamentals in accounts finalization, GST/TDS, and audit coordination
- Working knowledge of income tax basics and compliance process management
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, MIS building)
- Comfort with Tally (or similar accounting system) and strong documentation habits
- Practical mindset: can simplify, standardize, and improve processes without over-engineering
- Good communication with internal teams and external consultants/auditors/bankers
