- experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) module implementation and support.
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP TM features including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, tendering, and settlement.
- Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration, customization, and optimization, including master data setup, business rule framework, and transportation-specific enhancements.
- Experience leading and managing end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP TM solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
- SAP TM certification is preferred but not required.
