- Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap.
- Create plant-wide digital dashboards integrating ERP, production, quality and maintenance data.
- Build real-time KPI monitoring systems.
- Standardize plant data collection.
- Eliminate manual Excel-based reporting wherever possible.

2. AI & Advanced Analytics

Develop AI-driven solutions for:

- Production scheduling
- Capacity utilization
- Production bottleneck analysis
- Inventory optimization
- Procurement analytics
- Energy optimization
- Breakdown Analysis

Use Generative AI to automate:

- Daily production reports
- Shift summaries
- KPI interpretation

3. Operational Excellence

Analyse manufacturing workflow to identify:

- Non-value-added activities
- Manual interventions
- Waiting time
- Process delays
- Idle manpower
- Excess movement
- Material handling inefficiencies
- Rework
- Capacity losses
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives.

4. Cost Reduction

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 7 years. Person should have worked in Consultancy background driving similar projects of Digital transformation and Operational Excellence. Person can also be worked in manufacturing background driving such digital transformation.
