- Develop Vendors and negotiate with them to supply the best qualitative products on most competitive prices.
- Responsible for negotiating the best techno commercial input cost with vendors while bidding in tenders in India.
- Expedite with vendors to ensure timely delivery, transparent bottlenecks, monitor, evaluate, prepare reports and advise the project dep t. Visit vendor works for rigorous follow up.
- Looking out the logistics, transportation (by rail/road/air) of goods movement for leading to minimum lead time.
- Responsible for managing logistics of bulk material to the tune of several tones through all modes of transport viz; air, road and surface, build and maintain good relationship with major transporters, port management and vessels charters,
strategize and deploy the entire supply chain link in a most efficient and effective manner.
Special Skills:
- Good Communication in English (Written & Spoken) and Presentation Skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Module.
Education: B.E. Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Graduate from a recognized Institute.
