Job Description: Full Stack Java Developer (4.5+ Years)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both backend and frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.
- Experience with AI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging across the stack.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes,



and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development and full stack application design.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js).
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
