Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Key Account Managers. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions, and increasing diagnostic referrals across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote diagnostic services and increase test referrals.
- Identify and acquire new healthcare accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Diagnostics, Pathology, Healthcare, Hospital Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Devices, or related industries.
- Experience in doctor engagement, business development, territory management, and account handling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets and work independently.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
