- Prepare Purchase Order
- Find recent suppliers for purchasing raw materials, packaging etc.
- Get different samples
- Track delivery of materials, manage delivery schedules, maintain purchase book etc.
- Maintain all purchase records in Tally/ Excel
Required Candidate profile
** Knowledge of Tally & MS Excel is must
- Ensure smooth comm. with suppliers/ vendors via call & email
- Ability to negotiate & evaluate diff. suppliers before finalizing
- Pharma exp. preferred
