Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Support HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.

* Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.

* Assist in training and development programs and workforce planning.

* Manage attendance, leave records, HR policies, and employee relations.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.

* Maintain HR reports, employee data, and MIS using HR tools such as Zoho People, Jira, and MS Teams.

Requirements:

* 35 years of experience in HR Generalist and Administration functions.

* Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

* Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
