We are hiring B.Sc. freshers for the role of Machine Operator at BWR Atgaon Plant. Candidates will be responsible for operating production machines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor.

What youll do

- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Handle basic machine setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain production targets and quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and SOPs during operations
- Maintain production records and reports
- Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with production supervisors and team members

What were looking for
- B.Sc. (Freshers can apply)
- Candidates from Science background preferred




- Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Internship or industrial exposure will be an added advantage
