Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of .NET developers.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Web API.
- Positive knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL and database design.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
- Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Experience with Git and issue tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in the FinTech domain is preferred.
- .NET Certification is an added advantage.
