Job Description

We are hiring experienced US Residential Mortgage Underwriters with expertise in Live Underwriting and/or Pre-Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Live Underwriting and/or Pre-Underwriting for US Residential Mortgage loans.
- Review loan applications and supporting documents to assess borrower eligibility.
- Underwrite loans in accordance with US mortgage guidelines and investor requirements.
- Handle Conventional, Non-Conventional, and/or Non-QM loan products.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely loan decisions.

Required Skills

- 2 to 4 years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting.
- Experience in Live Underwriting and/or Pre-Underwriting.
- Hands-on experience with Conventional, Non-Conventional, or Non-QM loans.
- Valuable knowledge of US mortgage guidelines and documentation.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.





Eligibility

- Mandatory: Experience in US Residential Mortgage only.
- Candidates with experience only in Commercial Mortgage are not eligible.
- Candidates from PAN India are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
