About the Role

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to manage our organization's cloud infrastructure, on-premises network, and information security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT systems while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain office LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Knowledge in
- cyber security policies, endpoint protection, firewall rules, MFA, access controls, and data protection measures.
- security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.

- Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
- Configure backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, and technology partners when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT and cyber security standards.
- Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, and enterprise networking.
- Experience with firewalls.
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of Linux administration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
- CompTIA Security+
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP
