Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Counsel students regarding courses such as IPR, Labour Laws, POSH, Trademark Law, Corporate Law, Cyber Law, DPDP Act, and other professional certification programs.
2. Guide aspirants preparing for AOR Exam, Judiciary, UPSC, Banking, NEET, CLAT, CUET, and other competitive examinations.
3. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
4. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
6. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent communication and counselling skills.
2. Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.
3. Experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, or EdTech preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of qualified courses and competitive exams is an advantage.
