Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team at Avaada Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end AR operations including billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. This role demands solid analytical skills, accuracy, and effective communication to ensure timely revenue realization and compliance with internal and external standards.

This role requires the candidate to work in Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the complete accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices and account statements.

- Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and other channels for pending payments.

- Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.

- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and update ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).

- Track aging reports, monitor overdue accounts, and escalate issues to management as needed.

- Coordinate closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve client queries.

- Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and audit requirements.





- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and statutory compliance.

Required Skills Competencies:

- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions.

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience managing large transaction volumes and enterprise-level clients.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to receivables.

- Prior experience in AP functions within renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.

- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
