We are hiring an experienced Legal Team Lead with expertise in US Civil Litigation, US Probate, US Family Law, and US Real Estate Law. The role involves leading a legal team, managing US legal processes, reviewing legal documents, coordinating with US attorneys, and ensuring high-quality case delivery.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site) (Near Metro)

Required Experience: 4-8yrs

Shift Timings: US Shift

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Commute: Self Commute

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling US legal matters.
- Review and allocate legal work while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, affidavits, discovery documents, court filings, and legal correspondence.
- Provide case support for US Civil Litigation, Probate, Family Law, and Real Estate matters.
- Coordinate with US attorneys and clients for case updates and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with client guidelines and SLAs.
- Monitor team productivity, TAT, and performance metrics.
- Perform legal research and assist in case preparation.
- Review court filings before submission.




- Support SOP creation, workflow improvement, and process optimization.
- Prepare MIS reports and handle team escalations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US Civil Litigation procedures
- Hands-on experience in Probate, Family Law, and Real Estate Law
- Excellent legal drafting, document review, and case management skills
- Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, complaints, petitions, affidavits, wills, trusts, probate filings, deeds, and title documents
- Strong understanding of US legal terminology and court procedures
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong leadership and client coordination skills

Qualification

- LL.B. / LL.M.
