Tekshapers Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team.

Location: Sector 65, Noida
Experience: 13 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills & technical knowledge can also apply)
Open Position: 1
Notice Period: Up to 15 Days
Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 Days)

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into business
Conduct client meetings, demos & presentations
Understand client requirements and propose IT solutions
Build long-term client relationships
Coordinate with technical teams and maintain CRM

Required Skills

Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of SDLC & IT services
Client handling and requirement gathering
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS & Digital Solutions
MS Office proficiency & target-oriented mindset
