Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Finance modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare functional design documents.
- Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
- Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and integrations.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Experience in business requirement gathering and system configuration.
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
- Experience in testing, user support, and documentation.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
