Role & responsibilities

- Typing Discharge Summary/Case Summary/Health Assessment Summary
- Typing Procedure and Radiology repots - Echo, Histology, Pathology, etc.
- In-Patient Department, Out-Patient Department, Radiology Office, Back Office etc.
- Takes information of discharges from Duty doctor / Team Leader
- Prepares Discharge Summary of the discharge patients
- Types discharge summary of recent shifting in the ward
- Prepares certificates (rest/fit-to-fly) for surgery patients
- Types Activity Sheets Entry to eHIS
- Transcribes Echo, Radiology, Histology, Pathology reports
- Answers the patients queries regarding the discharge summary
- Answers TPA/Billing Desk queries
- Informs / calls the concerned doctor to finalize discharge summary
- Any other duties assigned by the respective Manager/Supervisor

Preferred candidate profile

- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- English comprehension and precis writing skills
- Typing Speed of 35-40 wpm
- Graduate is must
