- Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads provided by the company
- Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Convert leads into walk-in admissions
- Take ownership of assigned leads and walk-ins
- Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal sales and academic teams
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly admission goals
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Tele Counsellor / Telecaller / Academic Counsellor
- Experience in EdTech, Education Sales, or Admissions Counselling preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Comfortable working 8-9 hours per day
- Must have own laptop
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in education counselling or inside sales
- Ability to handle student queries confidently
- Robust follow-up and closing skills
