Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant to design, configure, and support Adobe Workfront solutions for enterprise project and workflow management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workfront Administration, Workfront Fusion, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
- Design and implement project templates, request queues, custom forms, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workfront Fusion and APIs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide project visibility and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Workfront solutions.
- Support project portfolio management, resource management, and process automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and system performance.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Workfront Fusion.
- Experience with workflow automation and project management processes.
- Expertise in Custom Forms, Request Queues, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience with API-based integrations.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge.
- Integration experience with AEM, Jira, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Adobe Workfront Certification.
- Experience in enterprise project portfolio management (PPM).
