Role Overview

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and US Healthcare Operations. The selected candidates will support live healthcare processes while contributing to AI model training through annotation, tagging, validation, and quality review

activities.

The position provides hands-on exposure to healthcare workflows, conversational AI systems, data operations, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound healthcare support calls
- Assist in insurance benefit verification and appointment coordination
- Support patient and provider communication workflows
- Annotate, label, and tag healthcare interaction data for AI training
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs




- Perform quality checks and maintain process accuracy
- Follow healthcare compliance and operational guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems and workflows

Who Should Apply

- Graduates from BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA or related disciplines Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
- Basic computer proficiency and data handling skills
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technology-driven environments Prior experience in BPO, customer support, healthcare operations, or data annotation is an added advantage
