- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify pain points, understand business needs, and continuously refine people processes based on feedback and data.
- Drive end-to-end execution of annual and quarterly talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning and development programs.
- Ensure every process is simple, scalable, efficient and delivers a great employee and manager experiencenot just on paper, but in practice.
- Continuously iterate and improve frameworks, tools, governance and operating mechanisms to enhance adoption and business impact.
HR Strategy, Process Excellence & Organization Development
- While Performance and Talent Management are the primary focus areas, you'll also work on broader HR, Organization Development and People Experience projects based on business priorities.
- Bring a systems-thinking approach to solving organization challenges, connecting people, process, technology and governance to create sustainable solutions.
- Research global best practices,
benchmark innovative organizations and translate insights into practical solutions for Info Edge.

- Analyze trends, identify gaps and generate actionable insights that influence leadership decisions.
- Drive governance across HR processes through robust tracking, data quality and operational discipline.
- Champion technology, automation and AI-first ways of working to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience.
- Build or experiment with AI workflows, automations or agents wherever they can create meaningful business impact.
Campaigns & Change Management
- Design and execute engaging communication and change management campaigns to drive awareness, participation and adoption of HR initiatives.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure consistent execution and sustained behavioral change across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you would have:
- Helped redesign and successfully execute enterprise-wide Performance and Talent Management processes with high stakeholder confidence.
- Established dashboards and governance mechanisms that provide clear visibility into process health and business outcomes.
- Identified improvement opportunities through data, stakeholder feedback and observation, and translated them into measurable process enhancements.
- Automated manual work through AI, technology and process redesign, improving both efficiency and user experience.
- Built credibility as a trusted thought partner to HRBPs and business leaders by combining strong analytical thinking with exceptional execution.
- Created tangible improvements in how HR processes are experienced on the groundnot just how they are designed.
Who Will Thrive Here
This role is for someone who enjoys building more than maintaining.
You'll thrive if you:
- Love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Have strong systems thinking and design thinking capabilities.
- Are naturally curious and enjoy solving ambiguous business problems.
- Can identify patterns from data and stakeholder conversations and convert them into practical solutions.

- Take ownership, work independently and proactively drive outcomes.
- Bring high energy, resilience and a solid bias for action.
- Are comfortable switching across different HR, Talent and Organization Development projects as business priorities evolve.
- Believe that great solutions are built through continuous iteration, not one-time design.
