A to Z Prop Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to build, lead, and scale our digital marketing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate digital marketing, performance advertising, SEO, lead generation, content strategy, and marketing automation.

This is a leadership role responsible for generating high-quality leads, strengthening our brand presence, optimizing digital campaigns, and contributing directly to business growth across Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Build scalable lead generation systems across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and property portals.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display campaigns.
- Improve campaign performance by reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Design and optimize landing pages for maximum lead conversion.

SEO & Website Growth

- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Improve organic rankings for high-intent real estate keywords.
- Monitor website performance, Core Web Vitals, and conversion funnels.

Social Media & Brand Building

- Develop content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan engaging reels, property walkthroughs, podcasts, webinars, and educational content.
- Build the company's authority and brand trust in the real estate sector.

Video & Content Marketing

- Lead production of high-quality property videos, drone shoots, reels, AI-generated videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee copywriting for advertisements,

CRM & Marketing Automation

- Integrate CRM with Meta, Google, WhatsApp Business API, and automation tools.
- Build lead nurturing workflows using email, WhatsApp, SMS, and remarketing campaigns.
- Ensure seamless lead distribution and follow-up processes.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with sales, design, video, and technology teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Establish KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

- 512 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, YouTube Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
