Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations for AI/LLM, content writing, and data annotation projects.
- Manage and mentor teams of annotators, content writers, and AI professionals.
- Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality, SLA, and KPI targets.
- Monitor team performance and drive productivity through regular reviews and coaching.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Optimize workflows and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Manage resource planning, project allocation, and operational reporting (WBR/MBR/QBR).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous process excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in operations/project management,



preferably in AI/LLM, data annotation, content moderation, or content writing.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading large teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data labeling, and content operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, and process improvements.
- Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
