Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and help scale our agency growth. It is a Work from Home job.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services
- Lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and networking
- Must have a solid database of business contacts and email data for outreach
- Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for service presentations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for smooth onboarding
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM and regular reporting of lead status and conversions
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and agency sales
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Confidence in cold calling and business pitching
- Knowledge of email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred
- Must have access to quality email databases and lead generation resources
- Experience in B2B sales and agency business development preferred
- Minimum 1 3 years of relevant experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
