Role & responsibilities

Structural Works:

Supervise activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.

Ensure compliance with structural drawings and quality & safety standards.

Monitor day-to-day progress and troubleshoot on-site issues promptly.

Finishing Works:

Plan and execute finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and false ceiling.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of interior and exterior finishes.

Prepare and manage snag lists; ensure timely rectification.

Coordination:

Liaise with Architects, Consultants, and MEP teams to resolve technical/site issues.

Maintain daily progress reports and weekly schedules.

Attend site review meetings and provide status updates.

Quality & Safety:

Conduct site inspections to maintain quality benchmarks for both structural and finishing works.





Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and statutory norms.

Maintain documentation such as checklists, test reports, and quality records.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

36 years of experience in real estate construction (residential or commercial) with hands-on exposure to both structural and finishing works.

Skills Required:

Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Project), and site execution tools.

Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage tasks under deadlines and on-ground challenges effectively.
