Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical production processes.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in manpower planning and handling.
