What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven track record in supporting direct clients for BFSI domain.
- Solid experience working on W2, should understand other Tax Terms (C2C, 1099) too and Visa classifications.
- Experience with various job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).
- Well-versed with LinkedIn RPS.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Role Highlights:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
