Job Title: Sr Legal Associate (Contracts)

Location: Noida (Mandatory – 5 days work from office)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for a contracts qualified with experience in commercial contracting, particularly with IT, technology, and LPO/BPO companies. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of contract matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer agreements.
- Handle contracting matters involving IT, technology, LPO/BPO, and professional services engagements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate execution and closure of agreements.
- Maintain contract records, trackers, and related documentation.
- Support day-to-day legal operations and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements

- LL.B.



from a reputable university.
- Must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and be enrolled with the relevant State Bar Council.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial contracting.
- Prior experience in contracting with IT and/or LPO/BPO companies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of contract law and risk assessment.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates based in Noida, South Delhi, Greater Noida will be strongly preferred to ensure regular office attendance.

Comfortable working from the Noida office 5 days a week.

LL.B. from a reputed law college and must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)

- Prior in-house legal experience with technology, IT services, outsourcing, or BPO/LPO organizations is a must.
