Digital Marketing Manager/ Sr. Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, PPC, and public relations campaigns, to increase online presence and drive business growth.
- SEO Management: Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Public Relations (PR): Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build solid brand reputation and manage online PR activities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals,



ensuring efficient execution of tasks and continuous improvement in skills and performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Allocate budgets across digital channels and optimize spending for the highest return on investment.
- Market Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies effective and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Should have at least 3 years of experience in the marketing agency working with both international and domestic clients.
- Proven experience working in a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
