We are a growing team building at the exciting intersection of sports and AI.

We are looking for a Finance Controller to own our financial operations end to end — from day-to-day accounting and reporting to working directly with our US leadership team and investors. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be the primary finance person for the company, working out of our Noida office and collaborating closely with the US team.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Own the company's P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow management — all in USD

- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to US leadership and investors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Manage all accounting operations in QuickBooks — journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and coordinate with US-based CPA firms and auditors





- Handle multi-currency transactions and manage foreign exchange exposure

- Manage Stripe payment reconciliations, payouts, and dispute resolution

- Support fundraising rounds, investor due diligence, and cap table management

- Build and manage budgets, financial models, and forecasts across the business

- Manage Indian entity compliance in parallel — payroll, PF, and local vendor payments

- Be the single point of contact between the India team and US stakeholders on all finance matters

What We Are Looking For:

- 5–10 years of finance or accounting experience with strong exposure to US-based companies or clients

- CA qualification strongly preferred — CPA or MBA Finance is equally welcome

- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks — this is the primary accounting tool

- Solid understanding of US GAAP and USD-based financial reporting

- Experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms from a finance and reconciliation perspective

- Prior experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or financial due diligence

- Strong communication skills — you will be interacting with US leadership and investors regularly

- Comfortable working with a US-based team and adapting to the pace of a fast-growing company
