As a Network System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our digital marketing organization, ensuring maximum system uptime, network security, and seamless operations across all departments. Your role includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers, desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. You will monitor network performance, manage user accounts and access permissions, implement security measures, perform regular system backups, maintain IT assets, and provide technical support to employees. You will also coordinate with internet service providers and vendors, ensure timely software updates, and support the technology requirements of SEO, Content, Web Development, and Digital Marketing teams.

Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.



Proven experience in network administration, system administration, and IT support. Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and network security. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, system backup and recovery, and endpoint security. Ability to manage IT infrastructure in a fast-paced office environment, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
